2. Use your balm every day
Apply your balm consistently every day for the full 60 days.
3. Document your progress
Take clear photographs on: Day 1, Day 30 & Day 60
For the most accurate comparison, photographs should be taken in similar lighting, from a similar distance and angle, without filters.
4. If you're not satisfied
If, after completing the full 60-day trial, you genuinely don't feel you've experienced a meaningful improvement, contact us within 7 days to make a claim.

We’re so confident in the quality and performance of our premium, nutrient-dense tallow skincare that we offer our 60-Day Skin Health Promise.
Use your balm consistently for 60 days as directed. If you genuinely don't feel that your skin health, appearance and radiance have improved, you may be eligible for a full refund.
To qualify for our 60-Day Skin Health Promise:
Purchase must be made directly from The Tallow Soapery.
The product must be purchased directly through our website.
You must use the balm consistently for 60 consecutive days.
The product must be applied to clean skin every day for the full 60-day period, following the recommended usage instructions. Missed days may mean that the promise no longer applies.
You must take clear comparison photographs.
A high-quality, well-lit photograph of the relevant area of your face must be taken: Day 1, Day 30, Day 60. Photographs must be clear, in focus and taken in comparable lighting, from a similar distance and angle. The face should be free from filters, beauty effects or significant makeup that could affect comparison.
The same product must be used throughout the trial.
The promise applies to the specific balm purchased and does not apply where the product has been substantially mixed with or used in addition to any other skincare product.
Give your skin the full 60 days.
A refund cannot be requested before the 60-day period has been completed. Skin naturally changes from day to day, so the promise is based on your overall experience after completing the full trial period.
The product must be used as intended.
Excessive use, intentional misuse, contamination or alteration of the product may invalidate the promise.
One promise per customer/product.
The 60-Day Skin Health Promise may only be claimed once per person for each eligible product and is not intended for repeated use after receiving a refund.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of completing the 60-day trial.
Please contact us with your order details and your Day 1, Day 30 and Day 60 photographs. We may ask a few questions about your experience to help us understand why the product did not meet your expectations.
The promise applies to the original product purchase only.
